When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, and the case was numbered as PRC No.20 of 2018, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
