Sri Gulam Rabbani, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the main proceedings i.e., passing of final decree was already over, and, as such, the cause in the present Civil Revision Petition does not survive rendering the matter infructuous. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Revision shall stand closed.
