THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7313 of 2017 ORDER:
In this civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the petitioner in Election O.P.No.10 of 2013, on the file of the Election Tribunal-cum-the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, at Devarakonda, Nalgonda District, is nontimely disposal of the said Election O.P. despite both parties reporting ready in the matter.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Praveen Kumar Veerjala, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the Election petitioner would submit that if a direction is given to the Election Tribunal to dispose of the Election O.P.No.10 of 2013, in strict accordance with procedure established by law, within a time frame, the ends of justice would be met.

Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Court below/Election Tribunal to dispose of Election O.P.No.10 of 2013, pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
There shall be no order as to costs.
