The petitioners in Crl.P.No.3 of 2019 are A.1 to A.5 in Cr.No.980 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jagathgirigutta, Cyberabad, on the file of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate at Kukatpally Miyapur, Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable u/sec.498-A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the complaint of the 2nd respondentdefacto-complainant. The self-same 5 petitioners in the case supra, including one Ayesha Begum, in Crl.P.No.14132 of 2018 are A.1 to A.6 in C.C.No.253 of 2018 on the file of the VII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.220 of 2017 of Kanchanbagh police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable u/sec.324 and 506 read with 34 IPC on the complaint of the self-same defacto-complainant in the case supra.

Both the petitioners and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably in both the matters and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in Crl.P.Nos.14132 of 2018 and I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.3 of 2019 to compromise the matter and compound the offences.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in Crl.P.Nos.14132 of 2018 and I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 in Crl.P.No.3 of 2019 are allowed. Consequently, both the Criminal Petitions are also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in Cr.No.980 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jagathgirigutta, Cyberabad and the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 in C.C.No.253 of 2018 on the file of the VII Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.220 of 2017 of Kanchanbagh police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioners in both the cases are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
