THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.11645 of 2017 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in C.C.No.259 of 2017 on the file of the Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Allagadda, outcome of Cr.No.30 of 2017 of the Allagadda Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 IPC on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant. The petitioner and the defacto-complainant (R.2) and the victim (R.3) along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in C.C.No.259 of 2017 on the file of the Judl.Magistrate of First Class, Allagadda. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
