This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.303 of 2016 on the file of the Keesara Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of I.P.C.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ accused has not filed similar bail application before the Court of Sessions. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application by this Court. The petitioner/ accused is at liberty to file similar bail application before the Court of Sessions, if he so chooses. With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
