"This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4, for grant of bail in Crime No.246 of 2016 on the file of the Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(d), 324, 341 read with 354-B of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 2013 and 306 read with 511 of I.P.C.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.
3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the accused Nos.1 to 3 in this crime were granted bail by this Court, vide order, dated 15.11.2017, passed in Crl.P.No.10823 of 2017. Having regard to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner/accused No.4 and the material collected so far, the petitioner/accused No.4 can be enlarged on bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on similar conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner/accused No.4 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal. On such release, the petitioner/accused No.4 shall report before the Station House Officer, Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Warangal District, on every Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet.
5. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed."
