This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.431 of 2017 of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-A.1 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, apart from perusing the material on record.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to move an application after filing of charge sheet in this case.

Granting liberty sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
