In this writ petition, petitioners complain that respondent No.3-Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District, is not acting upon their representation, dated 18.09.2017 seeking to dispose of the Appeal filed by them on 27.06.2017 under Section 5-B of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that respondent No.3 may be directed to dispose of the Appeal, in accordance with law.

Having considered the respective submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, as early as possible.
