P.S., Jannaram or direct the Police Jannaram to release the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest, The petition coming on for hear,ng, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 03-01-2019 made in CrlP No.'14130 ol 2018 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI KONDADI AJAY KUMAR Advocate for the Petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the Respondent No.

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 03.01.2019 passed in Crl.P.No.14130 of 2018, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioners on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that they should report before the Station House Officer, Jannaram Police Station, on every Sunday between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

,/ The counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that the petitioners have been complying with the said conditions from the date of their release, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners reporting before the Station House Officer, Jannaram Police Station, on every Sunday between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. is hereby modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the said Station House Officer on Second Sunday of every Month till completion of investigation. Accordingly, the l.A. is ordered.
