THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.42831 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..........writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 summoning the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing him to vacate the fish tank in R.S.No.348/4,5,6,7 of Pendurru Village, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District at the instance of the respondents No.3 to 5, as arbitrary........"

The Assistant Government Pleader basing on instructions submits that as on date, no crime is registered against the petitioner and that the respondents are not interfering with the civil dispute, as alleged in the writ petition. She further submits that the presence of petitioner, if is required, in any case, respondents will follow the procedure and then summon the petitioner.

The statement is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
