THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9 OF 2Ol9 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the I I Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.J by the t petitioner-Accused to direct the learned III Special Magistrate Erramanzil, Hyderabad, to expeditiously dispose of C.C.No.7O of 20 l8 at the earliest.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is of the year 2Ol8 and there is no progress in the matter even though six (06) years have passed.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of four

(04) months, in accordance with law by following the procedure under Section 309 of Cr.P.C.
