THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.40300 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr T.Koteswara Rao, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).
The petitioner is a physically challenged person (blind).
The petitioner has been itching radium stickers on vehicles at Mangalagiri (University Check Post). The petitioner goes on record by stating that the petitioner could inspite of disability is in a position to earn his livelihood on account of cooperation extended by 3rd respondent. But the grievance in the writ petition is, for the past one (01) month, a few miscreants, seeing the increase in income of petitioner or seeing the helplessness in protecting the cash are committed theft and taking away the material and cash.
The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) after seeing the position of petitioner has received instructions and submits that the representation filed along with the writ affidavit is not available with the 3rd respondent. The 3rd respondent is prepared to do the needful and protect the interest of petitioner within the four (04) corners of law.
Considering the circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by this order:
(a) Registry is directed to furnish the copy of this order to Office of Home (A.P) within two (02) days from today.
(b) The Assistant Government Pleader is given liberty to communicate the copy of this order and also the representation said to have been filed, immediately to 3rd respondent with a request to do the needful.
This Court has no reason to doubt that the 3rd respondent keeping in view the difficulty of petitioner will render the required assistance. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
