Notice sent to the respondents. Proof of service with acknowledgment including to the advocate on record in the lower Court filed. Taken as heard the respondents and heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner.

It is the submission that despite filing of calculation memo of what is due is less than Rs.4,78,000/- but the lower Court ordered to pay Rs.4,78,000/- and whatever amounts so far paid by him are not deducted and the same are to be deducted.

Having regard to the above, the revision is disposed of by remanding the same to the lower Court, by giving concession to the petitioner by virtue of this order with a notice to the respondents to the revision before the lower Court and file a calculation memo and lower Court is directed pursuant to the calculation memo, to hear and decide on merits as to what is paid and to be paid. .
