This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioners-A1 and A2 for the offences alleged under Sections 341 and 307 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-A1 and A2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that there are other criminal cases pending against these petitioners-A1 and A2. These petitioners have got criminal back ground. Their release would hinder investigation. There is possibility of threatening the witnesses also. There are no justifiable grounds to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. 4.
