O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of the official respondents in not considering the representing of the petitioner, objecting payment of compensation to unofficial respondents 5 and 6, for acquiring the lands of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. The writ petition is bereft of any particulars with regard to issuance of notification under 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition on producing written instructions would submit that no notification under Section 11(1) of the Act was issued and after issuance of notification, objections, if any, can be filed by the petitioner. As no notification under the above said Act has been issued in respect of subject land, the writ petition is premature and the same is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
