THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION NO.40182 OF 2017 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} After arguing for some time, Smt. M.Shalini, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that an order, similar to the one passed in WP.Nos.39337 and 39434 of 2017 dated 22.11.2017, be passed in this Writ Petition also; and instead of the two weeks' time stipulated therein, the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation within ten days, since the last date for submitting an application is 15.12.2017. Learned Government Pleader for Education agrees that such a relief was, in fact, granted by this Court in WP.Nos.39337 and 39434 of 2017 dated 22.11.2017.

Following the order passed in WP.Nos.39337 and 39434 of 2017 dated 22.11.2017, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation within two days from today; and, on such a representation being made, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on or before 14.12.2017. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
