Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied for fixation of boundaries through representation dt.04-08-2017 to respondent Nos.4 and 5 in respect of the subject land claimed by them and that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not taking any action thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Assignment appearing for respondents states that respondent Nos.4 and 5 will conduct a survey and fix boundaries after giving notice to all affected parties. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.4 and 5 to cause a survey as per the representation dt.04-08-2017 and fix boundaries of the lands claimed by petitioners within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to all the affected parties. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
