This appeal is filed under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923, assailing the order dated 18.9.2017 passed in E.C.No.80 of 2015, on the file of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of LabourII (FAC), Hyderabad. 2.
During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 08.9.2018.

Accordingly, the C.M.A., is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 08.9.2018.
No order as to costs.
