When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since charge sheet has already been filed and closed the Crime No.274 of 2018 of WPS, CCS, Hyderabad, as "Mistake of Fact" on 25.02.2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
