THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40483 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given representations dt.18-10-2017 and 06-11-2017 to the 3rd respondent for mutation of her name in the revenue records by deleting the subject land as Government land and that 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representations within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representations dt.18-10-2017 and 06-11-2017 submitted by petitioner within four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
