This revision is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, aggrieved by the non-disposal of A.S.No.283 of 2013 on the file of the XIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though notices served on the respondents, there is no appearance and hence taken as heard and perused the material on record. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the lower Court to dispose of the appeal expeditiously, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to the other priorities in giving preference.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
