The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Petition on the submission that they will seek regular bail.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for regular bail, in which case, concerned Court shall dispose of their petition on merits on the same day.

As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
