THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8535 OF 2003 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 02.05.2003 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.11030 of 2003. Though, this court passed interim order on 02.05.2003, till today no counter is filed.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education.

Since, the relief sought in the writ petition is worked out by virtue of interim order dated 02.05.2003, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order dated 02.05.2003, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.11030 of 2003. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
