HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD COMCA No.13 OF 2017 JUDGMENT: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the appeal with liberty to work out any other remedy available in law.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent opposed the grant of liberty. We do not know whether any other remedy is available in law to the petitioner. Therefore, without going into the question whether any such remedy is available in law, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the appeal. If any other remedy is available in law, the petitioner can work out.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
