"This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, for grant of bail in connection with Crime No. 1092 of 2017 on the file of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 509 I.P.C. and Section 9 read with 10 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

3. The material on record reveals that the petitioner alleged to have touched the private parts of the victim, B. Sahithi, in the year 2016. Thereafter, this report was lodged with the police on 30-10-2017. The petitioner/accused was remanded to judicial custody on 31-10-2017. It is also alleged that the petitioner indulged in similar acts with another girl, who was taking tuition from the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of allegations, the petitioner/accused can be enlarged on bail.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District. After being

released on bail, the petitioner/accused shall report before the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, on every Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet.

5. The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed."
