This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A3 to A5 and A7 for the offences alleged under Sections 420 and 506 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-A3 to A5 and A7, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.

In the course of submissions, it has come to light that no application is filed before the Court of Sessions for the subject release. The petitioners-A3 to A5 and A7 are at liberty to move the application before the Court of Sessions.

4. With this observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
