HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.851 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - wife. Since the petitioner - wife complains that it is arduous for her to attend the Senior Civil Judge's Court at Razole, East Godavari District, in an application for divorce filed by the respondent - husband, on account of a tender female child whom she has to manage. More so, the respondent has not made appearance to resist the request, despite service of notice. There is every reason to accede to the request.

Therefore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, and D.O.P. No.61 of 2016 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Razole, East Godavari District, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Senior Civil Judge's Court at Elamancheli, Visakhapatnam. The transferee Court shall issue notices to the parties and then proceed with further proceedings in the said O.P.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Transfer CMP, stand closed.
