This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, by the petitioners/ A.7 to A.10, seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.466 of 2017 on the file of Pet Basheerbad Police Station, Cyberabad. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 09.01.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in the matter is completed and the charge sheet is filed before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, and on committal to the Court of Sessions, S.C.No.453 of 2018 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
