"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record. This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.47 of 2017 of Kurichedu Police Station, Prakasam District, for the offences punishable under Sections 354(c) and 366 IPC. The material on record reveals that on a report lodged by the husband of the victim, a woman missing case was registered. It was noticed that the petitioner was also not present at his house. The date of report was 18.09.2017. The date of return of the victim was 16.10.2017. When the statement of the victim was recorded, she stated that the petitioner had taken her nude photos when she was bathing and wearing dress and made an attempt to win over her. The allegations are required to be determined after due trial. The petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 16.10.2017.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the investigation conducted so far, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Darsi. On such release, petitioner/accused shall attend before the Station House Officer, Kurichedu Police Station on every Sunday between 9 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
