THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42014 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the Memo dated 28.11.2017 passed by the second respondent mainly on the ground that the enquiry was initiated on the complaint of the second respondent and the Memo cannot be issued by him.
When the matter was taken up for consideration on 12.12.2017, the learned standing counsel for the respondents took time to apprise the situation to the first respondent and now, on the basis of instructions, the learned standing counsel submits that the first respondent is going to pass orders withdrawing the Memo dated 28.11.2017 and is going to pass fresh orders in accordance with law.
Recording the said statement of the learned standing counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
