Sri MSR.Chandramurthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent submits that the respondent complied with the order dated 16.08.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.19659/2017 by reinstating the petitioner into service, and produced proceedings dated 12.02.2018.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation committed by the respondent in implementing the orders of this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
