Learned counsel for petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader representing for Home (AP) state that similar writ petitions were disposed of by common order dated 31.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and the issue involved in these writ petitions is covered by the said decision.

In view of the above said submission, these writ petitions are also disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed. No costs.
