THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.43330 of 2017 ORDER:
The alleged interference on the part of the third respondent-Station House Officer, Garladinne Police Station, in civil dispute with respect to the agricultural land in Sy.No.347/5, 344/3, admeasuring an extent of Ac.1.02 cents situated in Kalluru village, Garladinne mandal, Anantapuramu District, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. When the matter is taken up, written instructions, furnished by the Station House Officer, Garladinne Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein it is stated that a direction was given to the fourth respondent to approach the Junior Civil Judge's Court, Anantapuramu for appropriate relief and the police cannot interfere in the civil disputes and closed the representation. It is further stated that the respondent never interfered in the civil disputes, as alleged by the petitioner herein, and also not directed the petitioner to allow the fourth respondent to enter into the land.
Eventually a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the above written instructions on record and close the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed, by placing on record the above written instructions.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________ A.V.SESHA SAI 05th February, 2018.
