The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and memorandum of grounds filed in CRLP No.'l 1912 of 2017 and upon perusing the order dated 14J2.2017 in Crl. P No.11912 of 2017 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K.V. Raghuveer Advocate for the Petitioner and of Public Prosecutor (TG) ior the Respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER:

The petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.P No.1 1912 of 2017, dated'14.12.2017.

The condition is that the petitioner shall attend before the Police Station on every Sunday.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is abiding the condition since its imposition.

The Public Prosecutor did not repoft any adverse remarks. ..
