Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied in Form 6-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 through Mee-Seva on 20-09-2017 to 3rd respondent and that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action thereon. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.20-09-2017 within six weeks and take further action thereon.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.20-09-2017 within six weeks and take further action thereon. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
