The petitioner prays for mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to register FIR on complaint dated 02.11.2017. The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the complaint is received, General Diary entry is made and preliminary enquiry is conducted in accordance with Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh1 case and enquiry revealed that the grievance brought out in the complaint dated 02.11.2017 is civil in nature. He further informs that outcome of enquiry will be informed to the petitioner within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
The statement is placed on record.
Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
