This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in passing the orders on the petitioner's Appeal or stay petition.

Now the learned Government Pleader submits that the Appeal itself was disposed of on 30.07.2017 and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
