HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 12777 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioners would submit that the petitioners/A1 to A4 may be given liberty to file a regular bail application before the concerned Court and a direction may kindly be given to the concerned Court to dispose of their bail application on the same date.

Petitioners are permitted to withdraw this anticipatory bail application and they are at liberty to surrender and move a regular bail application before the concerned Court, in which case, having regard to the fact that the petitioners/A1 to A3 are doctors and petitioner/A4 is an administrator of the hospital, the concerned Court is directed to dispose of their bail application on the same date.
