This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.164 of 2017 on the file of the N.T.P.C. Police Station, Ramagundam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 read with 34 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the earlier bail application of this petitioner/ accused No.1 in Crl.P.No.11430 of 2017, this Court has dealt with the subject matter and passed elaborate order dismissing the said Criminal Petition on 29.11.2017. There are no changed circumstances. There is a prima facie case against the petitioner/ accused No.1 and he is not entitled for bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
