Learned counsel for the writ petitioner had filed a letter before the Registry stating that he was instructed by the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies afresh; and, requested to post the matter under the caption 'For Withdrawal'. Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that permission may be accorded for withdrawing the writ petition reserving liberty as sought for.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, also shall stand dismissed.
