Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent No. 1-State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to relax the condition imposed on 10-10-2017 in Criminal M.P.No. 1927 of 2017 by III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Court below') in Crime No. 533 of 2017 of S.R. Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad City. 3.

The elder brother of Kum. Doddam Mounika (hereinafter referred to as 'the victim') filed an application before the Court below requesting it to handover the victim to his custody pending disposal of the main case. While dealing with the subject matter, the Court below observed that the victim is learning some skills and the duration of the skills is six months; on completion of the learning, she can stand on her own legs and she will not think of repeating similar offences for the sake of money and ultimately directed interim custody of the victim after six months from the date of the order on some conditions. The victim is required to learn some skills to support herself instead of again indulging in unwarranted activities. The findings given by the Court below are based on Probation Officer's Report. There is no infirmity in the findings and the same are liable to be confirmed. The petition is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. _______________________ Dr. SHAMEEM AKTHER, J.
