CVNR,J & MSKJ,J C.C.No.2705 of 2017 22.12.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 23.08.2017, in Writ Appeal No.432 of 2017. 2.

We have Mr.Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the record.

By the aforementioned order, this Court has merely dismissed the Writ Appeal filed by the Government of Telangana against order, dated 22.01.2016, in Writ Petition No.16961 of 2001. If the respondents have not implemented the said order in the Writ Petition, the Contempt Case has to be filed with reference to that order.

Therefore, the Contempt Case filed qua order, dated 23.08.2017, in Writ Appeal No.432 of 2017 is dismissed as wholly misconceived, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedy in terms of order, dated 22.01.2016, in Writ Petition No.16961 of 2001 if not already availed.
