Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as a Field Assistant under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Pedaraopalli Gram Panchayat, Laveru Mandal, Srikakulam in the year 2012. Now the first respondent issued proceedings on 18.08.2017 keeping the petitioner under suspension from the post of Field Assistant on the ground that he employed another person in the name of the approved wage seeker Smt.Pokathota Hymalatha for some days contrary to the rules. Now the present Writ Petition is filed challenging the said order stating that no notice was issued to the petitioner before keeping the petitioner under suspension. The impugned order of suspension dated 18.08.2017 was passed pending disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.

Since the allegation relates to employment of benami in the place of the original authorized person, the matter requires to be enquired. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but directs the first respondent to complete the enquiry, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
