Petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to release the Petitioners on bail, pending trial in PRC.No. 24 of 2017 of III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chittoor, Chittoor District which arise out of Crime No. 56 of 2017 of Chittoor Taluk Police Station, Chittoor, Chittoor District. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Addl. Public Prosecutor(AP) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioners-A1 to A10 for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 379, 411 and 403 r/w 34 IPC and 36 of A.P. Forest Act, 2016 r/w 32 (a) of A.P. Forest Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners-A1 to A10, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.
In the course of submissions made by both sides, it is brought to the notice of this Court that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners-A1 to A10 are small coolies. The petitioners are ready to abide by the conditions that would be imposed against them.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and in view of filing of charge sheet, the petitioners-A1 to A10 can be granted bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioners-A1 to A10 are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to the satisfaction of III Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Chittoor, Chittoor District. One of the sureties shall be the person having immovable property in the native place of the petitioners."
