Since the impugned order has been passed directing delivery of possession of the suit schedule property pursuant to decree dt.25-07-2016 in O.S.No.44 of 2016 of the Senior Civil Judge, Punganur and the said decree has neither been challenged nor appealed, I see no reason to entertain this Revision. Accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed at the stage of admission. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
