This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent issued in Memo No.31617/Regn.II/A1/2012-4, dated 31.08.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(10(g) of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Notaries Act and the Rules made thereunder.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues raised in the present writ petition are squarely covered by an order, dated 02.12.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.9655 of 2016 and batch. In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
