Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 12-05-2017 to the 5th respondent for survey and demarcation of the land claimed by petitioner and 5th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 5th respondent will complete the survey after giving notice to all affected parties within six (06) weeks. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to complete the survey and demarcate the the land claimed by petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order after giving notice to all the affected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
