Mandala Satyanarayana, v. Sub-Inspector Of Police,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39935 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners and the fourth respondent are plaintiffs and defendant respectively in O.S.No.85 of 2017 in the Court of the learned III Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Bhimavaram. Now, the grievance is that respondent Nos.1 to 3 at the instance of the fourth respondent are interfering in the civil dispute.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) on instructions submits that when a complaint is received from the fourth respondent, the first respondent has merely called the petitioner on phone and is not interfering in the civil dispute. The submission of the first respondent is placed on record and accepted. It is made clear that this Court has not considered the merits of the issue pending in O.S.No.85 of 2017 in the Court of the learned III Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Bhimavaram. Except placing on record the submission of the first respondent, no other aspect is considered.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
