Petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in relating to Crime No. 635 of 2017 on the file of P.S. Kushaiguda, Cyberabad, Hyderabad. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ghantasala Udaya Bhaskar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Addl. Public Prosecutor(TS) on behalf of Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to him in Crime No.635 of 2017 of Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 376 I.P.C and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.
The material on record reveals that on 08.09.2017, the petitioner/accused enticed LW2-victim girl and took her to Chennai, there it is said that he tied tali in a temple, took room and sexually assaulted LW2, who is 17 years old and co-worker in Ushodaya Supermarket, Dr. A.S.Rao Nagar, Kusaiguda, Hyderabad.

Having regard to the nature of allegations, the petitioner/accused was remanded to judicial custody on 17.11.2017 and it appears that material witnesses are examined. Under these circumstances, the petitioner/accused can be enlarged on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C., on some conditions. 5.
Accordingly, the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned XX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District. After being released on bail, the petitioner/accused shall report before the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda District, on every Sunday between 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet. 6.
